Yes, the whole venue has free, open Wi-Fi.
3. Is parking available at Minstrel Court accommodations?
Yes.
4. Are pets allowed at The Manor and the cabins?
Yes, at an additional fee.
5. What dining options are available at Minstrel Court accommodations?
We work with a few private chefs that we can recommend for you, if you would like to dine at the accommodation at Minstrel Court.
6. Are Minstrel Court accommodations accessible for guests with disabilities?
The Stables and the Cabins are.
The Manor does not have any ground floor bedrooms.
7. Is Minstrel Court an alcohol-free establishment?
While we do not provide alcohol at the venue, guests are free to provide their own or hire an external bar company.
8. Can we bring our own alcohol?
Yes.
9. Is breakfast included in the rate at Minstrel Court accommodations?
No.
10. What is the cancellation policy at Minstrel Court accommodations?
This is dependent on the platform that the accommodation was booked through, and the option selected, so please check on your individual booking confirmation form.
11. How do I get to Minstrel Court?
Situated in Whaddon, just outside the village of Bassingbourn, a short 20 minute drive from Cambridge and an 8 minute drive from Royston Station. Accessible by car and pre-booked taxis.
12. Will there be weddings or noise at the venue during our stay in the accommodations?
If you have booked the accommodation on an event day, you will be informed. This will mean that you do not have access to the lake, grounds or any other areas of the wedding venue. There may be noise, music and fireworks on event days.
13. Is there an airport shuttle service?
No.
14. What attractions are near Minstrel Court?
The beautiful city of Cambridge is only a 20 minute drive away. There are also multiple pubs and restaurants in the neighbouring villages.
15. Is smoking permitted in Minstrel Court accommodations?
Smoking is not inside any of the accommodation. Guests staying at The Manor are permitted to smoke only in the garden of the Manor. Guests staying in The Stables are permitted to smoke on the outdoor terrace of their unit. Guests staying in the Cottages are permitted to smoke immediately outside their units.
16. Is there a swimming pool?
No.

18. Are there rooms with a hot tub?
There is a hot tub on the roof-top terrace of The Manor.
